We have been advising

We are Beatrice and Stephan Kretschmer and, despite our different backgrounds, we have been working together successfully in consulting for more than 20 years. We are parents and grandparents, we have moved abroad several times and are therefore familiar with a wide variety of mentalities, life and career paths.
After a long military career (rank of Brigadier General), Stephan became self-employed as a trainer, consultant and coach. He trains managers in companies and organizations. His core competencies: strategy, leadership and personnel development.
Bea has been working freelance as a psychologist in her own practice for more than 35 years, is a Lifo® analyst and has led personality development workshops for government institutions, private universities and companies.

Bortan in Värmland, Sweden
A small village in the central Swedish province of Värmland (warm country): Bortan has 168 inhabitants and is located near the Norwegian border. Possible travel routes: by plane to Oslo, then rental car/train (pick-up from the train possible). By car via the Öresund Bridge (1000 km from Hamburg) or by ferry (via Oslo or Gothenborg).
On site we offer boat trips on Lake Nysjön - with or without fishing - and hikes on the moose trail with tracking and hunting jargon. If you want, you can play billiard, darts and kicker, or just sit comfortably by the fire.
